  • What's in Your Smoothie?

What's in your smoothie? I just tweaked mine using info gathered from this forum, but I'm always looking to improve it.

    Goal:
Lose weight, improve energy and body fat ratio.

Here's what I had this morning:

    Ingredients:
    80 g coconut milk
    1/8 cup (24g) blueberries
1 scoop ground flax seed (Iíll probably switch this to chia seeds)
    4 oz ice
    1 scoop protein
    2 oz spinach
    4 oz water
A few drops of vitamin d3

    Breakdown:
    410 calories
    19 carbs
    32 protein
    5 sugar
    7 fiber
    23 fat

Some good stuff here. I think I might have to try some cinnamon first.
