I got that for my husband for Christmas this year!

You guys, SO worth it!! The bacon is all WONDERFUL. And the customer service / delivery is top-notch, too; I live in Phoenix and my bacon always arrives cold and refrigerator fresh.

I can personally vouch for The Pig Next Door, they do an outstanding job!

Isn't it like $25 per lb with all the shipping costs? Wow. Out of price range.

Oh, it's not cheap, particularly when you factor in shipping. Certainly too pricy for our everyday bacon needs but it was a really original and decadent gift for my bacon-loving husband.

$25-30 per pound? I am so tempted, but have to pass.

It really is deliciious. Last month they sent a cob smoked bacon that was out of this world.

If I had the money I'd sign up for life. But alas, a one time gift is all I could swing.

Jebus, for $30/lb I'll buy 15 pork bellies and cure them myself.
