What amounts of O3, D3 have shown you ur success with mood
I'm not sure if it's exclusively the supplements, since when i don't grains based food, i'm not subject to the insulin "yoyo".
But since i have combined 3 pills of omega 3 (EPA 400mg/ DHA 200mg), 3000UI of vitamin D (was taking roughly the same thing before) and 200mg of magnesium with my lack of grains, i couldn't be happier.
I have a lot less mood swings and i am more level headed/happier.
