    Hi Mark,

I feel like I a am pretty much eating primal (only week points Diets coke and coffee) but I don't seem to lose any weigth ! I am 1,76 m tall and my actual weight is 78 kg. I feel too heavy.
Less than six months ago, when I was training for the Atacama Crossing, I was like 5kg ligther !!

Could it be that the eating is not the problem but what I drink, I don't seem to do well on the healthy drinks ?

    Thanks

just be patient. If your not overeating and following the diet faithfully, you WILL lose weight. Proper workouts, good sleep, good food, the perfect storm. You could always post what you're eating as well and what you do for your workouts.

If there is sugar in your drinks then you're definitely not yet 'Primal'.

Healthy drinks = water, tea, bit of coffee perhaps, and what else? I can't think of any.
If you are new to the PB - please ignore ALL of this stuff, until you've read the book, or at least http://www.marksdailyapple.com/primal-blueprint-101/ and this (personal fave): http://www.archevore.com/get-started/

Yeah coconut milk and water. I dont touch any diet stuff with aspartame. That stuff skeeves me out.
