  • How much protein per sitting?

    It is difficult for me to eat more than 3x per day.

    How much protein can i absorb per sitting?

    With my exercise and LBM i believe i need about 150 grams a day. will 50 grams per sitting be used or wasted?

    It gets used.
    Whether you think you can..... or you think you can't..... your 100 % correct.

      If you are sedentary than your body hasn't got much use for it, thus it would be wasted - I would think. Now if you are lifting weights then most of it will go towards repairing and building new muscle mass. If you are very-low-carb than some of it will be converted to glucose as needed.

        Thanks guys. I do some bodyweight exercises and I do endurance sports. I have 150 pounds LBM so i figure i should make sure to get at least 1gm per pound lbm.
