This question is one with an instinctual answer. Do you think a tomato will hurt you in the long run? Probably not. Do you think the potato will have adverse effects on your system? Probably. Do you think that a piece of celery will throw off your omega rations and throw your hormones into haywire? Definitely not.
The vegetables that are deemed bad here are very obvious. The ones that are not bad are also obvious. The ones that are not even vegetables (corn anyone?) are even more obvious.
