Several years ago I lost 20#'s in less than 3 months doing the atkins diet. Eating foods like eggs bacon and cheese for breakfast hamburgers with cheese and bacon no bun for lunch and ribs no bbq sauce, garlic peel n eat shrimp for dinner and cheese cheese cheese. I tried it again several times but it didnt work and I feel constipated and just disgusting eating all that fat. Also if I have a bad day I think great I just ate all that high fat food AND carbs. I've lost 10#'s by doing the paleo diet a couple of months ago and took a break and maintained my weight. Now I'm ready to lose another 15#'s. So I'm going to try this primal plan . Paleo was more strict allowing only lean meats no dairy or butter and small amounts of nuts and avocado. This diet seems more like the Atkins diet to me. So what is the difference?
