  • good tips for car travel

    hi,

    any good tips for food for a 10 day road trip? i'll bring what i can but would love to hear some ideas from others who have been doing this!

            If money isn't a problem you can buy a mini fridge that plugs into your cigarette lighter space.

              Nuts and fruit would work, but you don't want to over do on them. Jerky is good, and some veggies, like carrots and celery keep well. I would hit a restaurant once a day where I could get a big steak and salad, and perhaps a breakfast place in the late morning. I think if I had the 2 restaurant meals, that would be probably all I would need, but if you have kids or need snacks, I'd try the ones I listed above.
