  • Protein: 2 grams/BW

Would it be too much if I were to consume 300 grams of protein a day?

Some eggs, 1 lb chicken breast, .5 lb ground beef is already 230 grams. All cheap. How about that then?

While I'm not sure that your body would be able to use that much, I don't think it would cause a problem unless you already have a preexisting condition. Your kidney and liver would be your main concerns with that, but I've heard that if they are healthy then you shouldn't have an issue.

You must be looking to add muscle in a hurry. Only reason to load up on protein. May I recommend T-nation for lots of info on that lifestyle.

I think I'll increase it slowly then. I've been eating about 150g a day, but I've been noticing that I feel better (and even crave it) when I eat 175-200. I'll keep it at around that from now on then.
