  • Quick Question on Omega 3.

Do I really need to supplement w/ Omega 3s if I eat good meat everyday and fish 2 (maybe 3) times a week?

it depends on the rest of the food you eat.

I would still supplement with O3 tho. There are so many benefits to it that it is not worth skipping it.

80%/90% Primal Would that change your stance on still supplementing O3?

I think it still matters which primal foods make up the bulk of your diet. If you eat a lot of nuts and seeds that are heavy in omega 6 it would still be a good idea to supplement especially on the days where you don't eat fish. I think chicken and pork are also much higher in omega 6 where as beef has a good ratio. Annnd, that's about the end of my understanding on this. You can look up the omega 6 content of the foods you consume the most on Nutrition Data and then decide how balanced your diet is.
