I think it still matters which primal foods make up the bulk of your diet. If you eat a lot of nuts and seeds that are heavy in omega 6 it would still be a good idea to supplement especially on the days where you don't eat fish. I think chicken and pork are also much higher in omega 6 where as beef has a good ratio. Annnd, that's about the end of my understanding on this. You can look up the omega 6 content of the foods you consume the most on Nutrition Data and then decide how balanced your diet is.
