    Sometimes, hype isn't hype. :-)
    Started PB late 2008, lost 50 lbs by late 2009. Have been plateaued, but that thing may just be biting the dust: more on that later.

      Yes. I'm contemplating having a half-pound for dinner some evening. Maybe with some herbs and garlic.

        Try roasting a couple of heads of garlic before adding to the butter. Roasted garlic has been a favorite around here for a long time.

          I made ghee this weekend from 3 packs of kerrygold. This is the closest in taste to what we get in India.

            Of all the store bought butter I've found, Kerrygold is the best.

              I remember coming across Kerry Gold in the past. I never bought any as I do not do much dairy. But, I think I might have to try it out!! This thread will definitely motivate me in that direction, lol.
