    Ok giving this a shot per Mark's instructions. Started primal yesterday and just learned of this resource so I'm back dating 1 day

    B: avocado, 2 eggs, kiwi, espresso
    L: turkey sausage, prosciutto, Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes
    D: braised beef shank with carrots and squash
    S: smoked trout, 1 can miller lite (I know! But it's the weekend!) , 1 dark chocolate

    WOD: Did a lot of walking (15,000 steps)

    Today I woke up with a cold! not the best start but hopefully this will help me get thru it faster although won't workout as a result.

    B: made paleo pancakes (banana, almond flour, egg), maple syrup, raspberries, bulletproof coffee
    L: turkey sausage with onions and peppers, plain kefir
    D: sardines in olive oil, braised beef shank, Brussels sprouts and squash
    S: kale chips, kiwi, dark chocolate square

    WOD: stayed home and only had 2,000 steps

      Back to basics (biotrader)

      Day 3:

      Feeling much better so may do some light aerobics tomorrow morning.

      B: bulletproof coffee
      L: chicken cacciatore, broccoli, cauliflower
      D: chicken thighs braised with mushrooms, carrots, tuna canned
      S: Apple , espresso

      Total 1,320 calories


      WOD: only steps but close to 7,000

        Day 4...

        B: bulletproof coffee, smoothie consisting of spinach, kiwi, almonds, kefir, cranberries
        L: salmon, carrots, salad
        D: shrimp Cioppino
        S: almonds, dark chocolate

        1600 calls, low on protein. Im finding it difficult to hit the protein goal!

        WOD: 2 cycles of 7 minute workout and some walking.

              Did I miss yesterday?? Time flies.

              Day 5

              B: banana, omelette with mushrooms and spinach
              L: sashimi tuna, seaweed salad
              D: grilled chicken thighs, carrots and squash, apple
              S: almonds, dark chocolate

              WOD: too sore! I dug in on the day before with the squats!

                Day 6...I made it thought 1st week!!!

                B: bulletproof coffee
                L: big ass salad
                D: shrimp, grilled chicken, ribs - oh yea!
                S: pear, almonds

                And right now I did just get a glass of wine and Kerry gold dubliner cheese. Awesome...

                        Day 7... Had a party to go to and refused the pasta and dessert which was not easy!!

                        B: bacon, boiled egg, banana, almond milk, espresso
                        L: chicken sausage w peppers and onions, almond milk, organic buttermilk
                        D: kale salad, prime rib, scotch (2)
                        S: n/a

                        Calories: 1370

                        WOD: 3 mile walk with the dog

                          Day 8... My dad's birthday today so was tortured by a buffet

                          B: bacon, boiled egg, cappuccino
                          L: short rib, smoked salmon, cocktail shrimp, prime rib, oysters, eggs
                          D: rotisserie chicken
                          S: dark chocolate and Pinot noir

                          WOD: did some sprinting with the dog

                            Today someone's told me that I will hit ketosis soon and will be rough, is this true and how did you deal with it?
