  • Here I go!!!!

OK that's it! I'm doing it. After weeks of reading Mark's blog and listening to all of your stories and discussions I'm going primal. I just started today (breakfast=eggs scrambled in olive oil with fried turkey bacon, lox, and avocado=for freaking good!!) and then Mark's book arrived I've sick of blood sugar crashes, dry skin, binges, chronic cardio, hormonal imbalances, and the absolute inability to maintain muscle and loose this 10 lbs of fat. So here are my stats and current pics. Here I go!!!! TOWANDA!!!
Oh and one more thing; thank you all for being such a friendly and honest group of people. I already feel supported and inspired. Thanks again and of course to you Mark!

You are SO gonna love having stable, low blood sugar - its that first and most dramatic feeling of success, I believe.

          Daily Easts:
B Eggs with turkey bacon, lox, avocado and olive oil.
L Shredded broccoli, cabbage, cucumber and red onion in a processor and then put avocado, lox, olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top. YUM!
S Kombucha ( I don't think this can be primal but I'm not ready to ditch it yet
          S Cherries and raspberries
D not sure yet but not even near hungry

Road my bike to town, and have been packing and lifting suitcases and boxes on and off today. Feel like I really need to move though. I think a long walk with a few sprints is in order.
