I started this about 1 month ago, was sent an email about this by a buddy of mine... i have now lost about 10-15 lnbs, feel great. my need for caffeine has decreased and have more energy... i am now 6/2" and wt is 221-225 and body fat is around 14-17% it has been fluctiating this week most prob because i'm working the night shift and not getting the exercise i needed to during the day. my goal is drop down to 185lbs-200lbs and decrease my body fat to the single digits... lets see how this goes...
