  • The Time Has Come, She Said...

To talk of many things. Actually, I have already been talking of many things, talked and talked and talked. Now I am talking here.

My primal journey started over two years ago when I realized I was making my cat fat and my diet was even too disgusting for the neighbor's goat. It's pretty bad when a goat rejects your leftovers. I went cold turkey and never looked back.

So here I am, forty lbs. lighter, full of energy, sleeping like a log, swimming like a mermaid, doing bodyweight exercises, exploring new things. Totally grain and legume free. Working on being sugar free. Eat a bit of rice along with meat, eggs, veg, fruit.

I'm just continuing where I left off -

I like badgers, books and booze, more or less in that order.

Is the sea boiling hot and do pigs have wings?

I'm always up for a pleasant walk, a pleasant talk along the briny beach.

            It is and they do!

So fun to see everyone turning up! I need to think up some good underwear posts, or maybe some ruminations on my hypothetical sex life. The room will fill up in no time.

              Quote for Today

“So what do we do? Anything. Something. So long as we just don't sit there. If we screw it up, start over. Try something else. If we wait until we've satisfied all the uncertainties, it may be too late." - Lee Iacocca

                Tip for Today

Do you go through life attached to the idea that things ‘should’ or ‘must’ be a certain way? You are setting ourself up for endless disappointment. Loosen your grip on how things should be. Be open to other possibilities or outcomes.
