    --I will eat properly, track on fitday, and report back on this thread.
    --I will walk two loops of my neighborhood for a 40 min. low intensity activity.

    Did it...

    B: 1 egg, spinach, onion and swiss cheese cooked in butter.
    L: chicken breast over mixed salad greens, 1 egg, oil and vinegar; 1 c. manhattan clam chowder
    D: tomato soup; 8 oz. steak, 1/2 c. green beans, 1/2 c. cooked corn; 1/2 c. greek yogurt
