    D: Ground Beef, Roasted Broccoli & Cauliflower Rice. Vanilla Tea with Honey

    Workout

    Circuit of Kettlebell Swings, Squats, Shoulder Press, Dead Lift and Plank, 15-20 each

    B: Water with Lemon
    Spinach, Ginger, Carrot, Cucumber, Apple Smoothie

    L: Canned Tuna with Tomato, Cucumber and Spinach Salad

    S: Raisin, Almond, Choc Chip Snack Mix
    Chocolate Milk
    Unsalted Cashews
    Iced Coffee

    D: Meatball Tagine with Tomato Sauce and Eggs
    Honeyed Carrots
    Roasted Broccoli with Bacon

    No Workout but lots of walking up and down stairs and carrying loads of laundry

    A bit worried because the scale showed me I have gained 2 kilos since starting this Paleo diet. I haven't been having any grains and only a bit of skim milk as Dairy cutting out 2 things I love to eat- cheese and bread! But I do feel incredibly satiated between meals with none of the energy crashes so am just hoping it needs a while to kick in.
