    Hi there Primal folks,

I'm starting this journal to bring more awareness to my primal lifestyle and make self experimentation tweak. Feel free to make recommendations as you see them. I'm certaintly not perfect and love being part of this community.

    My background:
    - I've been paleo/primal for 3 years: no legumes, dairy, gluten
    - 5"5, 135 lbs, 26 year old female
    - recently decreased coffee intake during the work week: it causes gastric distress and makes me anxious, so I drink decaf on the weekends
    - I work in IT but am also a Registered Dietitian (first career!), as stand 5-7 hours at work
    - walk for 45-60 minutes 2-3 times per week
    - vinyasa flow yoga x1/week
    - Crossfit 1-2 days/week, heavy lifting 1-2 days/week
    - hiking 1-2 hours x1/week on weekends
    - don't do 2-a-days, so above is an estimate
    - I love being outside and I'm working to spend more free time outdoors, including exploring camping and slacklining
    - relatively low stress, don't login to work emails in free time
    - oil cleansing method since 8/13, developed as acne on forehead
    - did Accutane age 17, struggled w facial acne since then
    - binge eater in college, but feel recovered, though i often eat w/o being hungry
    - recently regained my period after losing it for 9 years since age 17, have had it regularly for last 4 mos Wahoo!
    - weight is stable
    - endocrinologist says my b12 is super low (200 mg), thyroid function is low (will post numbers soon)

    - do handstand by 2015
    - do 3 unassisted pull ups
    - squat my bodyweight
    - eliminate acne
    - incorporate more outdoors activities into lifestyle: camping, backpacking, slacklining (already own it!), frisbee
    - enjoy life!
