    I have struggled with my weight since 5th grade. I was the kid that had a couple of pounds more weight than he should. When I was 17 I moved from Greece to the US. Portions are huge here, discovering what cheesecake is did not help. I ballooned to 225 lbs. Time passed, I stopped cooking, I am now 30 years old, 5'9".....289lbs.

    And that is where my story starts. I moved three weeks ago from California to Ohio for work related reasons. I have no friends, no wife, no distractions.

    This is my reset button.

    Rough start due to major carb WD.

    MWF: 1 hour run/walk, 1.5 hours in the gym - upper/lower and core
    Sat/Sun=Yard/house work, chasing kids, playing
    Family walk every night instead of everyone vegging in front of the TV
    Personal trainer to build muscle mass & to help meet goals

        The first couple of weeks can be a bit tough, as you adjust, but also very exciting to finally feel in control.
