    Morning:
    • 2C of coffee with 2Tbsp 18% organic cream
    • 4oz pork loin, 3/4 of an avocado, 1/3 cucumber


    Afternoon:
    • 2C of coffee with 2Tbps 10% organic cream
    • BAS - 3 handfuls of spinach, 2 boiled eggs, 1 cod fillet, 2 strips of bacon, parm cheese, 1/2 red pepper, 1/8C raw onions with 3Tbsp Balsamic vinegar dressing


    Evening:
    • Skinless/Boneless Chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese and asparagus
    • Steamed broccoli and carrots with butter
    • Garlic mashed potatoes
    • 9oz extra-dry red wine

    Morning:
    • Intermittent fasting


    Afternoon:
    • 4oz pork loin, 1/4 large onion, 5 baby potatoes seasoned with dill weed, dehydrated garlic and chili powder all sauteed in bytter


    Evening:
    • 2 figs, 6oz cod fillet coated with coconut flour, chili powder, dill weed, dehydrated garlic and onions cooked in butter
    • Steamed cauliflower and broccoli with butter
    • 2C of coffee with 2Tbsp 18% organic cream
