  • Primal challenge 21 days. whampam

    Challenge is to increase primal exercise, from walking 7 hours per week, to lifting and sprinting as per the blueprint. At the same time I commit to eating primally 99% of the time ( up from 85%), and continue god sleep habits and minimal stress, with the aim of dropping 3 kg.
