    Hey guys-

    I figured I'll start one of these. I was fully primal for about a month at the beginning of the year as sort of a New Years Resolution/ experiment. Turns out, I want to do it again. So I started again three days ago. I'm just going to chronicle my meals here when I remember so people can suggest new things, or tell me if I'm doing something terribly wrong.

    Breakfast:
    2 nectarines.

    Lunch:
    2 free range hard boiled eggs, fresh local salsa (with tomato, jalapeno, parsley, onion), a big dill pickle, fermented cabbage with dill, fennel, and cayenne, kimchi, and grass-fed raw jack cheese.

    Dinner:
    Local Amish chicken wings with buffalo sauce and butter, vegetable medley with green beans, peas, lima beans, and corn.

    I'd ditch the beans and corn, but more important: that sounds like very little food. Are you a 90 lb female?

      Yes, I'd ditch the peas, beans and corn too. But otherwise, it all sounds good.

          Yea the beans and corn are not normal. We just had some frozen veggies left over in the fridge and it just so happened to have them in it! As far as not eating enough- I didn't include serving sizes but I always eat until I at least feel full. Oftentimes I don't feel hungry at all on the primal diet and feel like I could go all day without eating. It could also have something to do with the fact that I'm pretty sedentary at the moment. I'm in the process of integrating more exercise into my daily routine.
