  • Mojowrkn: Gets his mojo back!

Hey guys so ive been interested in Primal for a while and have recently committed to the lifestyle. I gave myself a couple weeks to get in the rhythm. Lear to cook primally and get adapted and im ready to start a 21 day challenge with today being Day 1.

    Im 5'9" 229 lbs 36" waist.

Im very active workout pretty much everyday: I had been spinning 4-5x a week ive cut that down to 3x and 2 of those are interval specific classes. Ive added weights and more walking.

    Feel great.

Goals are 175lbs, 32" waist, be a superhuman!!

OK Guys sorry I ahvent been keeping this up to date. Im tracking my food elsewhere and am not really into redundant tasks.

Good news primal is working and the lo-carb headaches are subsiding. Im really liking this new way of eating...im rarely hungry.

OK updating, dropped a couple more LBs although interestingly enough im not as obsessed as when I started about dropping quickly. What am I feeling is a seismic shift in the way i feel. I am rarely hungry even though im eating about 1000 calories a day less; this is even with some hard workouts in there. My energy is significantly more even, i dont have a huuuge morning up and I dont feel like I need a nap at 2:45 evey day (although Ill take a quick 30 when I can).

I always was the main cook in my house but am more-so now. This means my family is eating much more primally although i dont force it on them. I have noticed that my grocery bill has gone up a bit but that may because of the spices ive added to my cabinet.

Hey All, Just thought Id report in on progress and a positive side affect. My power (watts) on the bike has been going through the roof since moving to Primal. I haven't seen increases like this in a long time and can only attribute it to Primal since im actually putting in less time on the bike (primal).
