        • I've been Primal for nearly two years now and my weight loss has had a lot of ups and downs. But I wanted to share a little before and after, just so anyone reading can get an idea of the scope of my progress.

          The first photo was at my brother's graduation two years ago. The second was taken about a week ago. Just my face alone tells a tale.

                              • How do you cook your pot roast? I did one in the slow cooker last week on low and it somehow was really dry. Bleh
