    It is so odd to watch my body change. What I have been seeing in the mirror and living with for so many years is no longer there. Who is this woman with a nice booty and great legs? I haven't seen her in quite a while.

    WIDFFT~off to ride my bike and jump rope now. Way overdue for getting in the woods.

      Two hours after a really big protein rich breakfast I found myself looking for something, ANYTHING, to nibble on. One Italian sausage, one egg and one banana later, the beast has been tamed. Good example of listen to your body for sure

        Major progress with the jump rope. I can do way more repetions than just last week even and do them over and over more times before I hang it up for the day. According to DH, the cellulite is going away!

            My shorts are looser. I was thinking that they were stretched out from wearing and went to try on the next size down ones to see how tight they still were. OMG!! They zip up and almost fit! Two weeks ago they were unzippable. Jumping rope is making a difference for me! HOT DAMN!!

              No wonder I hadn't seen you in a while. You were off jumping around in the next chapter. Sounds like it is great fun.

              Now, was that a bikini for you, or a 'bikini' for the car? I was trying to imagine why you would be on the running board to don swimwear. Some jump rope costume, perhaps?

                OK............... I've gone a full week with NO exercise (for various reasons and excuses) but today I will definitely be making a date with my jump rope and my Barre3 workout!

                  Bikini for the car. It fits over the top of the driver when the Jeep top is off so I can enjoy the fresh air and sunshine without being blinded. Driving topless and shady. Fun!

                    Tomi, go slow and do not overdo. Each day add a little more. I am shocked how quickly my body is toning up just throwing the jump rope in on top of everything else I do.

                    Oh, yeah. My Dh asked me to jump naked next time. What is it with guys?

                        You're doing great, HB! Hey, my hubs and I are going to Winthrop in the fall for a couple weeks of hiking and exploring the Cascades.. Any hikes you'd recommend?

                          Jealous! I primarily hike the Olympics since they are literally in my back yard. Go to NWHikers.net forums and ask there. Nice trip reports, nothing but hikers!

                              I have to admit I didn't touch the rope or do Barre3 today.............. its just too dang hot!!!!
