Maybe. I'm by myself today; cousins went out of town so I stayed in Seattle to cat-sit (rather, the cats are sitting on me). But there's a huge park about a mile away and I'm sure they put on a show. Might go down there with a blanket later.
Sounds chill. I usually watch fireworks from tops of places no one goes for that anti-social isolation and peace.
Far left/right dogma, spewing forth foul propaganda. It's pretty simple to do, given the rampant stupidity of the human race. It does down regulate from overexposure, but it has a way of reuptaking itself after sufficient time has passed
Anyway, I have a question for anyone who wants to answer. If you could teach all of humanity one thing, what would it be?
How to love.
Need to work on that myself
"I think the basic anti-aging diet is also the best diet for prevention and treatment of diabetes, scleroderma, and the various "connective tissue diseases." This would emphasize high protein, low unsaturated fats, low iron, and high antioxidant consumption, with a moderate or low starch consumption.
In practice, this means that a major part of the diet should be milk, cheese, eggs, shellfish, fruits and coconut oil, with vitamin E and salt as the safest supplements."
