    Day 1 Food
    Morning: Mixed Veges
    Snack: Handful of Macadamia Nuts
    Lunch: Salad with mushrooms and bacon, 8 small meatballs
    Snack: Mixed Veges
    Dinner: Salad with mushrooms, carrots, bacon, turkey burger on coconut bun.

    Felt pretty good on the first day, so far so good. Kinda miss bread though and yogurt.

      Day 2 meals
      Breakfast: 2 fried eggs & chicken apple sausage in coconut oil.
      Serving of veges.

      Snack: macadamia nuts

      Lunch: large salad with shrooms, egg, bacon
      8 mini meatballs, veges

      Dinner: steak, bacon wrapped asparagus
      Large salad

      Snack: pear
