    It's Monday April 19th and I need some accountability. I had entirely too much fun boozing this weekend, which lead to eating pizza. I feel like crap from the carbs and excessive alcohol. Time to reboot my focus. CLEAN living is the name of the challenge.

    Monday April 19th

    MONDAY APRIL 19

    Weight: 145 lbs. Goal Weight: 135 lbs (more or less is fine so long as body composition improves).

    Daily Intake Totals:

    Fat - 58.71%

    Carbs - 11.65%
    46 g
    Protein - 29.64%
    117 g

    A bit of walking about today, but no measurable exercise. Felt like crap, probably still detoxing booze from the weekend. Looking forward to a run Tuesday a.m.

      Thigh: 24 inches

      Jog/Walk for 30 minutes

      Cals 1598
      Fat 99 g - 54.9%
      Carbs 55 g - 13.56%
      Protein 128 g - 31.55%

      Felt hungry all day, thinking I didn't have enough fat. Goal for tomorrow: FAT over 60% of cals

        Heavy Lifting for 35 min: squats, chest press, lunges, assisted pull-ups, etc.

        It is so difficult for me to get enough fat. Will keep trying...

          I got the fat up, but I'm still hungry all the time... hmmmm... will need to snoop around and figure out why I am ravenous.

            HAPPY FRIDAY

            Hell of a week. So glad it will be over soon. Started my day off with a 35 min bike ride on the River. Next up with scrambled eggs with spinach, left over salmon, and a dollop of sour-cream dill sauce. Yum. Hopefully I ate enough to be full until lunch. Giving up snacking!!!
