    I'm just getting started on Primal eating and haven't finished researching and shopping but wanted to get started! I want to get off my blood pressure meds and hopefully have another baby soon. Any input would be greatly appreciated!



    Day 1 of my primal journey:
    Breakfast: Coffee with organic cream
    3 pastured eggs cooked with bacon fat
    1 bunch red chard with chopped bacon (all natural)
    2oz shredded potatoes cooked in coconut oil


    Lunch: water with lemon
    Big salad, lettuce celery carrots peppers fennel. Dressing: olive oil, lemon juice, capers, olives
    Lean ground beef (conventional) cooked with coconut oil and spices


    Dinner: Met my mom at the local Mexican food restaurant and I didn't eat any chips!
    tea
    chicken tortilla soup (no tortilla strips)
    2 beef tacos, no shell

    My mom gave me some Godiva caramels for Easter, I ate one (40 calories.) Should have just said no but just eating one is a huge improvement for me!

        Last night I had a tablespoon of almond butter at midnight because I was craving candy.... Can't believe it worked since it only had 4 carbs! And woke up fine, just about to eat breakfast and its noon!
        B: 3 strips of natural bacon
        3 eggs fried in bacon pan
        1 bunch of kale cooked in bacon pan
        blackberries
        L: Big salad, lettuce celery carrots peppers fennel. Dressing: olive oil, lemon juice, capers, olives
        Lean ground beef (conventional) cooked with coconut oil and spices
        D: ate at my moms Broccoli, ribs that I tried to wipe the sauce off off, salad
        snacks: 2 mandarins
        mcdonalds small burger pattie
        tbl spoon almond butter
