I feel you Nala, I walked by an Easter display today in the local Thriftway and I heard their siren call. Man I use to kill those things, they are definitely dinosaur eggs. Do not let that encounter get you down, the Sugar-saurs doesn't always run at you head on ala Cupcake slinger, sometimes that bait you.

I appreciate the logic little vase and the advice, but before I entered the cave I was her partner in SAD. I have read many post in this regard and I have spoken to "Dances with Sugar" about starting to workout together at work for accountability. She seemed interested, but can not stop baking and she is easily offended. It would be an ordeal, in my mind, to sit in the cubicle next to her, for however long I will remain at my job and hear her spite. I prefer a more harmonious working environment. Thank you for your comments and you are welcome to those phrases as they have yet to be copyrighted.

Okay my fellow cave dwellers gather around the fire, I have a bit of a victory to share! This was my first morning that I woke up with zero hunger!!! I didn't even need my coffee with heavy cream. I ate last night at 7pm and it was 12:30 in the afternoon today when I finally had anything to eat or drink and right now I'm still not hungry!!! My wife and daughter are still out there in the land of SAD, so I had to come into cave and dance around.

          Thanks for listening.

Thank you double "M", for the congrats, it has been a very long time since the "hunt" has not consume my waking thoughts.

Fellow cave dwellers, I hope you don't mind if I light the ceremonial fire early this morning, but I just had to share. I just completed my first ever 19 hour IF, Awww! to the Yeah!!! 12:30 pm afternoon yesterday to 7:40 am this morning. But, wait there's more, I completed my first exercise session fasted!!! Awww to the double Yeah!!! Wasn't even hungry when done. That's right I hunted the feared Hungrasaury Rex, wrestled it to the ground with my bear cave hands and drove the spear of work-out through it's quivering heart! (Insert Tarzan yell here!) I am here waiting around the fire to hear the rest of my fellows triumphs or to encourage those who were mauled by the Grain-raptor or Sugar-tooth tiger.
