Potatoes are working their magic. I'm at 142.0 this morning, down 2.5 lbs in the past 3 days. Obviously some of that is bloat, but it feels like I'm almost doing an IF type routine. Nothing but potatoes from 6:30 p.m. to 4:30 the next afternoon, then a 2 hour eating window. Primal-compliant late afternoon snack and a supper about 6:30, then nothing for the rest of the evening. The total potato intake for the 22 hr window is about 300-400 cals. Whatever, it's working. And my appetite is dropping off after 3 days like this, as it has before.
