    EOD 9 (almost forgot....)

    just the #'s today.

    Cal - 1283
    Carbs - 98 (that little piece of King Cake had 52 - dang!!!)
    Fat - 49
    Protein - 127

    I think I will wait until next week to weigh in and see how it goes.

      Towards the end of the week I was not eating right.
      more processed and, by default, more carbs.
      too much 'healthy' snacks around the house and by that I mean quick and easy
      For example, my wife (bless her heart) will purchase gluten free granola
      thinking she is doing me a favor. While it is better than chips it is really something I
      don't need.
      And with MY will power, I will eat it.

      My main issue is when I am doing my school work and want to munch.
      That granola is fantastic in this regard, but I need veggies......

      hopefully the weekend (today is Saturday) will be better.
