    Is it starting to feel normal yet, or is it still a struggle?

    My guess is that when you do introduce a sweet or soda, you will find in disgustingly sweet and cloying. No longer tempting at all.

      marthat, surprisingly it is not a struggle. I honestly don't even think about having sweets or soda till I journal every morning. Today we celebrate St Patrick's day so I may have a bit of beer and wine.

        Day 17; made through day 16 without eating sweets or drinking any soda. Made it through St Paddy's Day celebrations with a couple of Harps, shot of Jameson and a little red wine. In the past St Paddy's Day celebrations that would have been breakfast.
