Going cold-turkey on full primal or paleo (no wheat dairy and legumes) (idk which is the difference) (the foods are all primal or paleo although with rice). I've already have planned and successfully cooked some veggies and meat but I could say that I'm paleo because of the addicting bread (not anymore). My superior priority will be bread-quitting and sugars too. Let the stressless journey begin!
