    Yuck. I have to remember how crappy I feel after eating bread whenever I think it's a good idea to do it again.

        The other day I thought I'd experiment with bread, not much just the bun on the burger my husband bought for me. I had wheat belly all night. That experiment at the beginning is worth it's weight in...my fat

          Gonna make some ribs today. Usually I would throw some rub on there that contained all sorts of odd things. Today I made my own with just sea salt, paprika, cinnamon, chili powder, cayenne pepper and some white pepper. Tastes decent. See how it goes.

          Might grind up a peach with some water to make a mop. See how it goes.

            Damn those came out good.

            For dinner I fried in olive oil in a cast iron skillet some "London broil." Delicious. Side of veggies.

              It's nice to look at my plate and be able to know how everything I ate was made. And not having to guess how to pronounce any ingredients.

                I am trying to figure out how I can gain weight so easily but it is so hard to lose any. I am doing a body weight exercise program with some weights thrown in so I figured I'd be dropping weight faster but on Saturday night I went to a party and had quite a few beers and I'm back up again. I know I am not supposed to focus on the numbers but it is really frustrating.

                  Hi Skinny - how about taking bulletproof coffee for your lunch or a primal smoothy? You can drink from an insulated cup or straw and keep your hands out of it? Just a thought.

                    For some reason coffee kills my stomach. I've been doing if here lately. Fasting from 7p-1p. Today I'm on a 24 hour fast. I'm only walking for exercise, no weights right now. Salad and protein and veggies for lunch and dinner. Weight seems to be more in control.
