    This isn' t one for the ketosis beasts out there, but if you can get a large (cardboard) box of dates, i.e bought in bulk, before they've been messed about with by glazing/de-stoning - they really are superb eating, and so nutritious, high in sugar, but I find I will only eat four or five at a time and be satisfied.

      Currently reading two books which tie in nicely with each other.

      1) 'Salt, sugar, fat - how the food giants hooked us' by Michael Moss (no explanation needed on here)
      2) 'The Chimp Paradox' by Steve Peters - sort of a cognitive psychology book on managing the 'inner chimp',- in diet terms this refers to our addictive response to the foods Michael Moss addresses.

        Getting better and better at morning starts. Opening my eyes and feeling positive regularly and find myself up and about before 9am whether I have to work or not.

        I.e, body clock getting better.

        Also now seem to be entering a new dimension with excersise - able to ride long distances without getting tired - able to go running in the forest with my minimalist shoes and keep a strong pace. Breathing and fitness feel good.

        Very much enjoying the cooking and have also started a wild food blog on here as well.

        Two weeks ago I realised that the next step is to become more sociable now that I feel so much better. There is support out there for me to access and I've decided to get this help to enable me to become more socially active. I'm not someone who craves society 24 hours a day but some social interaction is going to be a good thing.

        Regarding my wobbly eating during august, this has definitely been reigned in - Paleo is back on 100%. Feel great again.
