I did great on the first 15 days of my PB challenge and was amazed at how my blood sugar and IBS was so much better. I got off track when I got the flu. The problem I have is planning meals. It takes a little organization and planning ahead to stay primal because in this small town I am in we don't have a lot of restaurant choices and the ones we do have are no where near primal. I also have to avoid raw veggies and salads for now because they bother the stomach. That limits me even more. I do have some new grain free cookbooks that I am going to try and I am going to work on planning and preparing lunches ahead of time to bring to work with me. I also started my vegetable garden so hopefully I will be eating fresh organic veggies from my own back yard before long.
