            260 flat Monday morning. Up a pound or two today from Memorial Day festivities. Didn't eat anything real bad just some corn chips and salsa but a bunch if beers. Oh well gotta live a little. Cheers

              258.6 this morning.
              this is the first time i have been in the 250's since college, 2002 when i was 21. I am over the moon about this and couldnt be happier with my progress. I am trying to get in the 240's by the time i head to NY for the summer to visit family but that is only 21 days away so unlikely i will make it.
              I really had a low loss month in may, but am hoping June will be killer. I really have an overwhelming desire to keep trucking. at the beach the other day i was still pretty bummed to be shirtless, and i want next summer to be different.

              I also went shopping and bought a bunch of new clothes. I got polos from ralph lauren and banana republic. i also enjoyed some amazing new stuff from american eagle, including a pair of shorts size 38 and a single xl polo. i am so enjoying this journey and hope to keep going.

                well another school year has come to a close. Unfortunately this includes a lot of bad food in the school the last week. I decided to avoid all of it and have oen bad meal at the end instead of five or six straight days. perhaps this is rationalizing a pizza meal but i am ok with that concept.
                So i had some pizza last night and a few cheetos lol. it was delicious and i kinda feel like crap today as expected. Back on the wagon and getting to 250 by the fourth of july. Cheers.

                    I have not much to update. I have been in ny visiting family for three weeks and although I have been probably 90 percent on the diet I have gained a few pounds. I was 257 this morning and ate pizza so I expect to gain another few over the next day. I do not want to gain weight so ill have to be stellar perfect to get back on the wagon. Cheers

                      So I have returned to va after a month home. I maintained weight most of the time I was home until the last couple days I was really bad. So today I was 267. That's 13 pounds up. Most of that will come off fast I'm sure but I'm still rather bummed. I also have a vacation to the outer banks planned for next week so that will be tough too. Oh well. Cheers

                        After 10 days or so back on the horse I was back at 258 however I was on vacation with family all week last week and ate and drank a lot of inappropriate things and am paying for it. I was 276 this morning. That's right. 18 pounds in a week. Some of this will come right off but am guessing it'll be a month or longer before I get back to where I was in June, 254. Regardless I will move on and get back to where I wanna be regardless of how long it takes

                                thanks annieh. i have been struggling. like many others who have lows with any diet or lifestyle switch or whatever you call, stress and time have gotten in my way. i am coaching football which requires me to work 14 hour days and meal planning has really fallen off. our team gets meals twice a week for games (jv game and varsity game) which is always pasta, the coaches get pizza at all meetings and parents bribe us with constant sweets. yesterday is the perfect example of my days, i ate a healthy breakfast and lunch, went on our road trip for away game where the team eats, i resisted the pasta, was starving, chewed on some sunflower seeds during the game, got back to the school at 1130 when the coaches got pizza and i had a piece. leaving there at 2am and being back to my normal job of teaching at 730am.
                                In short, i have little spare time, constant temptations and terrible sleep schedule.
                                i am aware of the fact that this is all fixable and overcomable (thats a word now if it wasnt before) but it has been difficult. I refuse to gain wait back, and am fluctuating between 261-265 depending on the previous days. im probably 72-25 right now, which appears to allow me to maintain weight, but that also means im up like 8 pounds from june and although im not gaining more, i want to get back down and work on reaching new lows and goals. football season needs to end for my sanity sake and for my waistline.
