That is because they are idiots. I mean, I like flirting (even if imagined) as much as the next dude, but who the frack thinks anyone wants to cheat on their spouse especially if their spouse is also a friend? WTF guys, seriously, W.T.F.?

Oh, the Guys know I'm not actively hitting on them. It's any new friends I try to get to hang out, especially if they haven't met Geek yet.

I think most guys believe we are flirting. Heck, one of my guys tells me I have a fear of women. I don't have a fear of women, I just don't like how they can be catty and talk about everyone like they don't know it. I have realized, that the few women I call "friends" most of them are just like me. I still wouldn't make an effort to call them up, but I still consider them friends none the less.

        • Nk I hope your stress level goes down soon and you get your Geek back.

I don't have many friends either. I have colleagues and theatre aquaintances, but good friends are hard to come by. I still keep in touch with my BFs from home and college, but they both live 3-5 hrs from me.

I get along well with men too, but now I have to be careful. My Cheerful Personality and Primal Hotness are a lethal combo. Freaking Primal! :P

Crap. I really misread this situation.

            • No, FW, I have no real desire to see ANY man hang out like that. In the immortal words of Ron White, "Don't that chafe?!"
Geek and I keep saying I need to find a female friend ("femme," in our couple speak), bothe to have one and to give IT Guy a chance at a girlfriend.

              • I have several really good friends, and I love it. One I just made two years ago, so it is nice to know they can come along any time. And friendly acquaintances are good, too. Not every relationship needs to be more than knee-deep.

Work is quiet and boring, which beats the hell out of frazzled.

                    • TMI ALERT!
The Russian Circus and my pill need to figure out who's gonna win here. I'm tired of having all the cramps and spotting. It's like my first day, every freaking day, for the past week. Not cool. I don't care if I get a full blown Russian Circus (even though it's supposed to be here for another month and a freaking half), I don't care if it goes away like it was never here. I just want it to pick one. If I keep this up another few days, I may need to see the doc.

Sorry about your circus. Mine used to do that when I was on the pill that you would have a cycle every 90 days.

                          • It's known for causing spotting between cycles. I also had other issues with it as well. One nearly scared me to death.
