  • Brand New Start

    Going into my second week of the Primal Lifestyle and I feel great. I knew cutting out carbs would be beneficial but didn't realize I would feel this good Now I just have to mix in the higher intensity workouts and I should be on track. If anyone has any tips on how to better adjust to cutting out the extra dairy and sugars I would appreciate the help.

    Welcome. You just have to fight your way through getting rid of sugar. I do lots of dairy so can't help you there.

      Why are you cutting carbs and not just cutting grains??????
      Eating primal is not a diet, it is a way of life.

        Dirlot,

        That is what I should have put. I see grains and say carbs. I am cutting the grains but still eating plenty of vegetables.
