    My first journal post. Today is a brand new day and I'm ready to get serious. Today's first meal:

    Breakfast - two eggs cooked in ghee, two slices nitrate-free bacon, four small cherry tomatoes from the garden, one half slice flax meal "flatbread", 2 cups coffee with coconut milk, juice from one half lemon in a glass of water with a little salt and olive oil.
