    s- frozen yoghurt from orange leaf (large serving)

    not my best eating today, probably should have passed on the frozen yoghurt, no work out today, try my best to get a work out in tomorrow and some walking

      Slipped up the past couple of days, there was some candy around I started munching on and over ate some meals to a point I didn't feel the best. Today I just was not hungry so I did not eat anything but a couple small salads and two eggs.
      It was snowing today so I had to put on my snow pants & boots and go for a walk! It was lovely

      movement:
      1 hr. walk in the snow
      Bouldering (on my way out the door right now)

      Food:
      salad
      2 eggs

      I will probably take some advil pm tonight because I have not been sleeping the best and I tend to get a really great sleep when I do take it. I don't like taking things like this but I'm needing a good night sleep.

        Wellbeing-
        feeling very relaxed and pleasant tonight. I was productive on my school work though I have much more to do, I am still satisfied with the work I got done. I am anticipating a really good nights sleep...

          oh boy, oh boy, oh boy......sigh....ugh....sigh ....no, no, no,no

          Maybe it would have made a difference? Maybe not? I sunk back it to some bad eating habits today full force... the cause, well, I don't know really. I would say stress, debate in one of my classes, a quiz tomorrow, and some assignments to work o,. Nerves towards working on getting a new relationship going and tired

          I feel boated, fat, tired, I want to avoid any social situation and the entire world for that matter.... chocolate, bread, pie, rice

          Frustrating because I was doing so well, I kind of got my body to an equilibrium state if that makes sense. I truly was feeling great. All I can do now is wait for it to pass I suppose....

          This is what I need / desire --- mindfully peaceful

            Alright, new day! Feeling better though a bit sleepy. Last night I invited a friend over and we just sat around and did home work but it was a good stress relief and had a few laughs.

            I felt the need to make a couple of goals for my self, just as something to work for. I think they are reasonable and I did not want to make too many that it becomes overwhelming and give up

            Goals

            Short Term Goal - I think I will add and do these goals weekly

            Friday 1/25 - Friday 2/1 total 250 burpees (through out week)

            Long Term Goal

            1) Weigh 121 lb. on May 20 (my b-day)
            2) Hand Stand Push Up
            3) Consistently eat Primal
            -No Wheat -No Refined Sugar - No Diet Soda
