This is my personal fav Thatchers Cider | Age Verification. The Heritage is lush and the Chedder Valley will blow your tits off!

But there's also Westons, Taunton trad, Pheasant Plucker's a lively drop, Janets Jungle Juice, Black Rat, Richie's and not to forget Cornish Rattler, just to name a few!

We used have some stuff in Bristol called Dixie's Cripplecock, which was deadly, which sadly you can't get no more.

And if you can see through it, it ain't proper Cider!

      OK.... NOW I'm thirsty!

      • 2 mile run.. first mile and a half was pretty fast for me, last half mile jogged 2 minutes, walked 1 minute. Did 3 sets of kb swings, 20 reps per. The last set I did 10 reps per hand. Tried kb getups. did 5 per side.... then I watched the video.... what I did wasn't a 'getup"... it was "messed-up". Watched video.... will have to watch it again... I'm a slooooooow llllleeeaaarrrnnnneeeerrrrrrrr......

                • Hey doc!

I will see you one Hellbound Train (which was seriously awesome early morning music this a.m.!) and raise you one "Corvus Corax" (group's name) "Saltarello" (song title) by "shutupman" (uploader on YouTube - I would make a link thingy if I only knew how; you'll have to do it old school until I learn this)...
I have a mantra that I have spouted for years... "If I eat right, I feel right. If I feel right, I exercise right. If I exercise right, I think right. If I think right, I eat right..." Phil-SC

                          • Played in the garden today, as it was a non-exercise/rest day. Raked some of the paths between the garden beds. Checked on what is growing. Some things are growing btter than others. the radish are doing well, as are the turnips, spinach, carrots are also coming up. The cabbage and broccoli are growing well, and the peas are about 3 or 4" tall. The beds that will have peppers, tomatoes, zucchini and yellow squash need to lightly tilled to kill off the grass seed that is starting to sprout. As warm as it has been, I may go ahead and plant some squash and zukes and tomatoes this weekend. Once all the beds are planted I will post a pic of the garden. If all goes well... I will eat well this summer!!! and as a fat guy, I'm all for that! lol

Ordered You are Your Own Gym and a kettlebell exercise book today.

                            • it was a good day to be in the garden here too. the rabbits and the horse would still win so i went for a walk instead. i have BBY which is the YAYOG man's women's book. i like it. he does write in quite a cheer leaderish style but that may be cultural. i think too that it presupposes some knowledge of exercise terminology. i also have a pirate copy of enter the kettlebell.
