Sound, that soup sounds the go, made soup meself, a spicy carrot number with a bit of cluck chucked in to give it some protein, not bad at all!
That does sound good. Went shopping for grub with the wife Saturday. We found a Thai spiced chicken broth that I think I want to try making a soup with. May dice a bunch o bird and some swiss chard and cook it in the Thai chicken broth.....
trust me, i stumbled on this one. i dont like sausages or beer! if you break down the macros in wine and steak. work out the cals. work out what is missing on a 3 way even split C/F/P ( or even lower F ) so you know what to have with it. stick it thru something like paleo track to work out nutrients, i reckon it could work. this is also why i reckon the potato hack is a better plan than steak and eggs as it is far more nutrient balanced. no sky high phosphorus and accompanying ow calcium and low magnesium. you should make it your challenge. create the wine and steak hack!!!
