Starting a journal to add some accountability/peer pressure to my 21 day challenge (that I am starting 2 days late!). My goal is to re-commit to primal eating/exercise to lose the weight that has crept back on since I fell off the wagon 6 months ago when I started traveling more frequently for work (15-20 days a month) and training for a half marathon (which I did in June). I'm a 34 yr old woman...hoping to be in a better place physically before I turn 35 in November!
