    Stomach: 39.25 in
    Hips: 43.5 in
    Thigh: 26.5 in

    Total weight lost (since May 1, 2012): 27 lbs
    Total measurements reduced (since May 1, 2012): 17.5 inches

    Well, I essentially went off the rails for the month of August. Having breads, etc. Luckily, I stayed the exact same is all measurements and weight.

    This new journal is taking over where the last one ended.

    Exercise:
    1145 hrs: 1.5 hour slow walk with my dog

    Meal #1: 1500 hrs
    Organic green pepper, pasture pork shoulder (pulled) and 2 pasture organic eggs, both fried in lard. Served with water.

        Signed up for the Primal Blueprint 21 Day Challenge.

        My challenge goals:
        #1: Eating only homemade meals, 100% adherence to PB (allowing dairy and occasional glass of red wine).
        #2: Follow the PB Fitness plan.
        #3: Journal daily on here.

          11 Sep 12, Day 1 of 21 Day Challenge

          Sleep:
          8.5 hours

          Exercise:
          30 minute walk with my dog

          Meal #1: 1530 hrs
          Pork, bacon and maple syrup, sausage, with 1/2 organic red pepper and 1oz grass-fed pot-rost with bite of sweet potato and a mushroom.


          Meal #2: 2100 hrs
          Grass-fed pot roast with organic veggies (sweet potato, carrots, turnips, mushrooms, onions, green and yellow string beans).

            12 Sep 12, Day 2 of 21 Day Challenge

            Sleep:
            10 hours

            Exercise:
            None - my dog was sick, stayed home to watch over him.

            Meal #1:
            Grass-fed beef stew with organic veggies (carrots, sweet potato, onion, turnip, mushrooms) with a homemade chipotle ketchup.


            No other meals consumed. Had to take my dog to the emergency vet at around 1900 hrs. Lost my appetite due to the stress of him being sick. Couldn't even think about eating.

              13 Sep 12, Day 3 of 21 Day Challenge

              Sleep:
              10 hours

              Exercise:
              30 minute walk with my dog.

              Meal #1: 1500 hrs
              Two organic pasture eggs, two slices of pasture bacon, 1 pasture sausage crumbled, 1 homemade dill pickle.


              Meal #2: 2030 hrs
              Four pork spare ribs with homemade chipotle-cocoa dry rub and maple syrup served with organic carrots sauteed in lard.

                14 Sep 12, Day 4 of 21 Day Challenge - Measurements Update

                Updated Measurements:

                Weight: 176 lbs (-5 lbs)
                Bust: 38.25 in (same)
                Waist: 32 in (-0.5 in)
                Stomach: 38.5 in (-0.75 in)
                Hips: 43 in (-0.5 in)
                Thigh: 26.25 in (-0.25 in) x 2

                Total weight lost (since May 1, 2012): 32 lbs
                Total measurements reduced (since May 1, 2012): 20 inches

                So, another 5 lbs down and 2.25 inches down since 1 Sep 12. Very happy with this progress!!

                  During IF: 1300 hrs
                  Coffee with 18% cream

                  Meal #1: 1930 hrs
                  Organic shepherd pie made with pasture ground beef, carrots, onions, garlic, celery, mushrooms, red/green peppers, sweet potato with butter, served with a homemade dill pickle. Dessert: Nectarine with 8 small squares of Zazubean Nutbar (dark chocolate bar containing coconut, almonds and camu-camu extract).


                  Meal #2: 2130 hrs
                  3 slices of pasture bacon

                    15 Sep 12, Day 5 of 21 Day Challenge

                    Sleep:
                    3 hours (ouch!)

                    Exercise:
                    0545 hrs: 45 minute walk to work (4.3km)
                    1900 hrs: 45 minute walk home from work (4.3km)
                    2200 hrs: 3 x 10 stair pushups, 3 x 10 tricep dips, 3 x 10 air squats

                    During IF:
                    0845 hrs: Coffee with 35% cream
                    1300 hrs: Coffee with 18% cream

                    Meal #1: 1300 hrs
                    Grass-fed pot roast with organic veggies (sweet potato, carrots, turnips, mushrooms, onions, green and yellow string beans).


                    Meal #2: 2030 hrs
                    Organic shepherd pie (pasture ground beef, carrots, onions, garlic, celery, mushrooms, red/green peppers, sweet potato with butter) covered with hot sauce, served with homemade dill pickles and organic extra old cheddar cheese.

                          0700 hrs: 45 minute walk home after overnight shift (4.3kms)

                          Meal #1: 1430 hrs
                          Two pork, ham and bacon sausages crumbled, three organic pasture eggs, hollandaise sauce, homemade dill pickle, organic extra old cheddar cheese.


                          Meal #1.5: 1745 hrs
                          Organic Colombian coffee with organic 18% cream.

                          Meal #2: 0030 hrs
                          Organic shepherd pie made with pasture ground beef, carrots, onions, garlic, celery, mushrooms, red/green peppers, sweet potato with butter. Organic Colombian coffee with organic 18% cream.

                            I've been bad and have not been logging my foods... But I have been behaving when it comes to sticking to PB.

                            Exercise:
                            0615 hrs: 4.3km bike ride to work
                            1900 hrs: 4.3km bike ride home from work

                            During IF:
                            0700 hrs: Coffee with 18% organic cream
                            1300 hrs: Coffee with 18% organic cream

                            Meal #1: 1600 hrs
                            Pork belly with a raw organic green pepper from MIL garden.

                              1230 hrs: 30 minute walk to the off leash dog park, with my dog
                              1530 hrs: 30 minute walk home from the off leash dog park, with my dog
                              1745 hrs: 45 minute walk to work (4.3kms)
                              0700 hrs: 45 minute walk home from work

                              During IF:
                              1230 hrs: Coffee with organic 18% cream
                              1745 hrs: Coffee with organic 18% cream
