      I'm thinking that might be a way to get more Youtube hits With this weather, less is more. You're right though, need to stay level headed. Controlling my inner weight psycho ain't easy.

        Good Morning~

        Slept from 7pm to 6am...I was beat! Crazy thing is that I can recall about 5 dreams...

        Eats

        Breakfast:

        Turkey
        Brocc/Spinach
        EVOO
        Pat o butter
        few nuts
        coffee

        Lunch:

        Spinach
        Chicken
        Cuke
        EVOO
        Water

        Snacks;nuts, Cukes, snap peas

        Dinner:

        Spinach
        Chicken
        EVOO

        1-2 Tablespoon of EVOO before bed.

        Another Depletion workout for today. It's about 13 exercises, full body and taxing. I'll be doing my hour walk tonight as well. Going to go back to two a day for a few days.

          Hola! Got pretty descent amount of sleep last night. Two very odd dreams stuck with me all morning, One where I had a baby and named him Tovar. The other, I was being chased by a knife wielding crazy women. THAT got the heart rate up. UGH!

          Today's Eats:

          Breakfast
          5-6 macadamia(Starving after 4 miler)
          Chicken
          Brocc/Spinach
          pat of butter
          teaspoon EVOO
          Coffee/Water

          Snacks..Snap peas, Cukes

          Lunch:

          Spinach
          Turkey
          Mustard
          EVOO

          Snack: greens, spoonful Tahini for copper

          Dinner:

          Greens
          1/2 Avocado
          Mustard

          Snack
          Sugar snap peas
          1 tablespoon coconut oil

          I'm finally reducing my protein!

          Workouts
          1 hour power walk(done)
          1 hour of weight lifting

            I've been facing some wicked headaches this week, possibly due to the shit ton of supplements my trainer has me taking. We shall see if it works...

            5 miles of walking only today.

            As you guys can tell, I eat the same thing daily. I can eat this menu for months without getting tired of it. I totally splurge on cheat days though and vary my clean eats on weekends. I allow for more animal fat like BACON and pulled pork! NUMS. I have a goal of making it through this holiday season and LOSING weight. Yep, you hear right. WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE HOLIDAYS!

              Me....I'm so far from perfect. Who the heck IS perfect?

              Yet, I have this insane drive to look and be perfect. I'd like a perfect figure, with a perfect face and a perfect man in a perfect world. Yeah..talk about setting yourself up for a disappointment. During this insane quest I must question my desire for this. Why all this drive for the impossible? Am I really so bad off in the present? Hell no . I have a strong body that allows me to run, walk and do some crazy demanding workouts. I have a ton of wonderful friends who love and support me, a job that pays my bill and creative endeavors to fill voids. What IS my beef with perfection?

              Even at my leanest/lowest weight of 135 at 5'9/12 % BF, I was seeking...something.

              Well I'll tell you what I have learned from this asinine trek:

              1) I use food 100% as my crutch in most situations. Meaning, I have an emotional attachment to food.

              2) That being a certain weight or size won't give me the freedom I seek.

              3) That learning to love myself as I am now WILL. Something I'm horrible at but working on.

              4) Eating Paleo/Primal keeps me focused on being healthy, while living life and not so concerned about my next binge or cheat meal. In fact my craving go away. My attachment loosens up...and it's a beautiful thing.

              I have much work to do on myself but I understand now what works and what doesn't for ME. I'm very thankful to have found this healthy lifestyle.

              Knowledge is freedom.

              Meals will be the same as yesterday, workouts will be 8 miles of walking and some foam rolling.

                I guess yesterday was an overshare? Ha I'm human.

                Yesterday was the WORST for sugar cravings. They came out of nowhere and lasted all stinking day. Luckily I managed to NOT eat anything too bad, an extra packet of almond butter. My trainer said no fruit for two more weeks! Passing by the fruit isle in the grocery makes my salivate-Literally.

                I'm thinking Salmon or Pulled Pork today. YUM!

                Walked 8 miles yesterday so I'll cut that in half today,add in some weights with 10/15 min HIIT circuit. Yee-Haw.

                        Thanks Sabine.

                        Things are going as planned. Down another 1/2% in BF. Weight is now under 150lbs...just under.
                        Trainer is changing up my workout plan to include some short sprints and more lifting.

                        Busy day so I'll have to fully catch up tomorrow.

                        It was in the upper 50's this morning.

                        I LOVE OCT!!!!!

                          Work is SO busy right now. It's tough to get all meals in and planned for...that dried fruit bin is TOO tempting at times. Between my day job and creative endeavors..I'm kinda losing my mind right now. Working out twice a day, eating right and sleep are crucial to my sanity right now. I'll be at a 3 day music festival in a couple weeks. Trying to plan out portable primal eats but a protein bar MAY find its way into my backpack.
