You know, I did the same thing this morning. Must be something in the air.

No wonder you were up at a ridiculous hour asking complicated questions on the EMF thread. Were you doing that reverse psychology thing again?

Yes. It frankly irritates the piss out of me when people say that the quality of calories matter because a calorie is not an abstract thing. A calorie is a freaking calorie. Now the type of food containing said calories might make a difference. If sugar causes you to throw caution to the wind and eat 5000 calories in half an hour then the issue is the sugar not the calorie. Personally I can eat 5000 calories of ribs and then go eat another 5000. That is not the calorie's issue. It is my issue. As such, I have to ration ribs carefully. Basically, I think it sends the wrong message to new folks - the message that 'just eat wtf ever primal food you like in wtf ever quantities you like because they are 'quality' calories.' 10,000 quality calories a day is still going to make you overweight.

                  • You are my Hero. You did generate some good, logical answers out of some people. They must be thinking "Poor Canio, he's all confused. Let me help him." lol I bet that's how you picked up girls as a single guy too.

Well, I would rather look like an idiot than have people fail because they are too new or shy to ask themselves. As for women, I haven't been single in forever so am not even sure how the heck to do it any more.

That's where intelligence, chracter and charm come into play. You have all three!

I may have to look at that as a future career choice.

It's 710pm and I am literally bored to fucking tears. I had dinner made by 545, roasted beef bones for broth and got that going and now have diddly to do and want to cry. Clint wants to watch Battleship on HBO tonight and I have no desire whatsoever to see that movie. Now I have a headache that just won't go away.

                            • Strangest thing is happening to me. The wiry hairs on my chin are fading away. They're either non-existent or are very soft. Pretty damn cool if you ask me!

                              • I have hit that moment that almost all mothers face. The day that they realize that at least one of their kids will be taller than they are. Tristan is maybe a quarter inch shorter than I am flat footed.
