    DOMS: My upper back was really stiff today but it wasn't DOMS. I've got a few vertebrae that need to be popped back into place.

    Another busy, busy day done. I wanted to do YRG today but working three jobs, a fantasy baseball draft, and watching the Ultimate Fight Night got in the way! Doh.
