Dinner was pretty good! We've been getting inundated with yellow squash, all four plants have been really producing, we can't keep up. Some have gotten really big and instead of chucking them I've been peeling the skin off (it gets tough) taking out the seeds and dicing the flesh, steaming it with onions and then sautéing it with butter, salt and pepper. We've had it every night for a week now! Our heirloom tomatoes are beginning to come in, it's really fun! We bought a mixed flat of plants, who knows what they are, except beautiful and very tasty! We had a big salad and some GF burgers and yum!
